Abstract

Modern society has establised the well developed and suitable sized female breast as an important characteristic of femininity. Deformities of the size and shape of breast is becoming to secondary physical and psychologic problems.
So, plastic surgery of the berast is now gemerally accepted by medical profession.
Modern aestheic breast surgery have made possible the restitution of contour following surgery for small flat breast, ptotic breast and giant breast. Recently, we experienced many ptotic breast surgery with adequate breast volume or inadequate breast volume and macromastia with ptosis, We are presented here the operative indication,surgical technique, results and post-orerative problems in each our experienced ptotic breast cases.
